Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info.oberion@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping
United States and worldwide: Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover return shipping in full.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can't be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send photos of the item and the packaging to info.oberion@gmail.com and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Because our lamps are made of resin and wood, please report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse, dropping, or improper handling
Because each lamp is made individually, small variations in colour, grain, and resin pattern are natural characteristics of the product, not defects, and aren't grounds for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy — whichever gives you more time applies.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
